ABOUT OUR CLUB
The Pints Netball Club is affiliated with the Darwin Netball Association. The club caters for players of varying ages and levels of ability. The teams range from the Netta (under 10) to senior Premier League teams. Our club's emphasis is on providing individuals and families with access to the benefits of participation in Australia’s most popular female sport in a healthy, fun, supportive and social environment.
We are one of the largest clubs in the Darwin Netball Association and have 11 junior teams with over 100 players and our senior club has 8 teams. The club fosters a family environment and encourages all players to develop their netball on the court and off the court through coaching and umpiring.
Over the past 9 years, the Pints Netball Club has won over 12 premierships including 4 A Grade Premierships. The club has also developed over 30 players to represent the Northern Territory in the underage national competitions, the Northern Territory Institute program and the Australian Netball League. The club has more than 150 players supported by a large team of volunteer coaches, umpires and officials, plus the players’ family members.
The club has won 9 premierships since the Wendy Bury cup was introduced in 2001.
We were the 2017 Premiers in the inaugural Premier League, Division 2 and 15 U Div 1.
We were also runners-up in Division 1, 4, 6, and 11U Div 1.
We were the 2018 Premiers in the Premier League Reserves, Division 1 & Under 13's competitions.
